Firecircles V - Convention
Liebe Feuerseelen,
auf ein Neues - die fünfte Firecircles-Convention steht an!
Die Online Anmeldung für die 5. Firecircles Convention ist geschlossen, denn es ist soweit, das erste Team ist unterwegs in Richtung Klein Wall, um vor Ort alles schön für euch zu dekorieren und vorzubereiten. Wer also am Mittwoch schon früh eintreffen will, kein Probelm, wir sind schon für euch dort.
Und für all die unter euch, die keine Zeit haben , die gesamte Zeit bei uns zu sein wird es am Samstag Wochenendtickets geben. Bringt eure eigene Verpflegung und kommt ab Samstag für das Wochenende aufs Gelände. Schaut euch die Show am Samstagabend an und freut euch über ein Wochenende voll Workshops. Meldet euch bitte wenn ihr ankommt am Orgabungalow, damit die euch sagen können, wie der Hase läuft. Das Ticket für Samstag und Sonntag wird für Zeltschläfer insgesamt 25€ kosten, für Bungalowschläfer 35€.
Wir sehen uns dort, bunt, glitzernd und voll Feuer!!!
Um was es geht:
Stattfinden wird die Con vom 12. bis 16. Mai 2010! Aber aufgrund der Tatsache, dass im Laufe der Jahre immer mehr Feuerbegeisterte an den Treffen teilnahmen, und unsere beschaulichen Wochenenden mittlerweile zu einem deutschlandweiten (eigentlich fast europaweiten) Event geworden sind, haben wir uns entschlossen, die Firecircles-Convention auf bis zu 200 Menschen zu vergrößern, was natürlich erhöhten organisatorischen Aufwand bedeutet und dementsprechend zeitiges Planen.
Leider haben wir dann auch nicht mehr im Tagungshaus Wernsdorf Platz, deswegen haben wir uns nach einer neuen Location umgeschaut, die mehr Feuerbegeisterten Platz bietet.
Fündig geworden sind wir mit dem Bildungszentrum Klein Wall, einige von euch kennen den Platz schon vom Camp Tipsy, in der Nähe von Berlin!
Das Gelände bietet uns: ganz viel Platz für Workshops, riesiges Außengelände, große Indoor-Trainingshalle (bringt eure Black-light-tools mit!), einen großen Firespace mit angrenzender Bühne, mehrere feststehende Bungalows, Zeltplatz, Chilloutbereich mit Tipis und Hängematten, einen eiskalten Morgens-Aufwach-und-nachmittags-erfrisch-Bach, Wald für Spaziergänge und zum Ruhe tanken, einen Badesee, ein Beachvolleyballfeld - wollt ihr noch mehr???
Diesmal wird ein Koch vor Ort sein, der uns mit vegetarischem leckeren Essen versorgt (im Preis für die Con ist die Verpflegung inbegriffen). Alkoholische Getränke sind nicht im Preis enthalten, werden aber vor Ort zu geringen Preisen verkauft. Zusätzlich wird es im Chilloutbereich einen Chai-/Kaffeestand geben.
Lampenöl ist wie immer im Preis für die Convention enthalten, ebenso stellen wir alles rund um Dipping und Fire-Safety.
Mitmachen statt zu konsumieren.
Die Firecircles-Treffen haben als Treffen unter Freunden angefangen. Von Anfang an war klar, dass jeder seinen Teil dazu beiträgt, das Treffen mitzugestalten, weil es sonst nicht hätte stattfinden können. Diese spezielle Art der Organisation hat dazu geführt, dass die Firecircles-Treffen keine bloßen Hingeh-, sondern Mitmach-Treffen sind. Das bedeutet in erster Linie, dass wir Menschen dabei haben wollen, von denen wir wissen, dass sie diesen besonderen Charakter unterstützen. Wir sind mit der Planung im Vorfeld und der Orga während der Con voll ausgelastet. Trotz der erhöhten Teilnehmerzahl wollen wir den oben beschriebenen familiären Charakter aber erhalten und die Teilnehmenden bei der Ausgestaltung integrieren! Wenn du schonmal auf einem Treffen warst weißt du, was gemeint ist, wenn wir von "Charakter der Con" reden. Bereits jetzt haben wir unglaublich viel Hilfe erhalten, ohne die wir wahrscheinlich jetzt schon am Rand unserer Kapazitäten angelangt wären!
Es wird keine Warteliste geben, sobald alle Tickets vergeben sind wird die Anmeldung endgültig geschlossen.
Und um es noch einmal deutlich und laut zu sagen - wir freuen uns auf ein tolles, feuriges, entspanntes, Horizont erweiterndes, kuschliges, sonniges, erlebnisreiches, bereicherndes, sprühendes, tanzendes, liebevolles Treffen voll großartiger Menschen und können es gar nicht abwarten, euch alle wiederzusehen!

Here we go again - this is the 5th Firecircles Convention!
It will happen in May, from the *12th to the 16th of May*! Since we grow bigger and bigger each year and this event has become known all over Germany (actually almost all over Europe) we decided to enlarge the maximum number of people up to 200. This inflicts a bigger organisational effort and therefore a rather long-time planning.
Unfortunately there is no way to fit all these people in the usual facility at Wernsdorf, so we were looking for a new location which fits more fire-addicted people.
That's when we found the "Bildungszentrum Klein Wall". Some of you already know that place from the "Camp Tipsy", close to Berlin.
The location offers: loads of space for
workshops, huge outside areas, a big indoor
barn for training (bring your blacklight/UV
tools!), a huge fire space with a stage next to
it, a number of bungalows, a camping side,
chill-out-area with tipi's and hammocks, an icy
stream to wake up in the morning or for
refreshment in the afternoon, woods to have a
lovely walk and recharge your batteries, a lake
to go swimming, a beach-volleyball-field
….
what else could you wish for ?
The registration will be online by a form on the Firecircles website, where all prices are displayed. We decided to have an online registration this year. With so many people this is simply easier and we can put more effort in other organisational stuff, of which we have plenty!
Also this time the cooking will not be done by us, but a cook who will provide us with delicious vegetarian food. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the price but can be bought there for little money. Additionally there will be a chill-out-area with a chai/coffee-stand.
Fuel is as always included, as well as a dipping-station and fire safety is provided.
Don´t just come, be part of it.
The Firecircles gathering started as a gathering of some friends. It was clear from the start that this could only take place if everybody is helping to make it work. This special way of organising the gathering made the Firecircles not just a be-there but a take-part event. This means that we want people there that support this communal character. There are just two of us organising this and this means we are operating at full capacity. Despite the huge number of participants we still want to keep up this family-like character and integrate all of you in the organisation of the festival. If you have been to this convention before you surely know what characteristic we mean. If not, we hope that you will fit in this setting.
Already we had a lot of help, and if it wasn't for that we'd be overstressed by now.
There will be no waiting list. If all "tickets" are sold, if 200 people have registered, we will close registration.
